Product Availability and Substitution

Prices and Payment

We will leave a delivery card or attempt to notify the recipient where possible. Once delivery is successfully made or the order is left as agreed, risk and responsibility for the flowers transfers to you or the recipient.

Should delivery be delayed or prevented by events beyond our control (such as extreme weather, strikes, or supply chain disruptions), we will keep you informed and arrange a suitable solution whenever possible.

Cancellations and Amendments

You have the right to cancel or amend your order. For standard flower orders, you may cancel up until 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations or significant amendments requested less than 24 hours before delivery may not be possible, and in such cases, a refund or change cannot be guaranteed due to the perishable nature of our products and early preparation by our florists.

To request a cancellation or amendment, please contact us promptly. Your statutory rights concerning defective, damaged, or misdescribed goods remain unaffected by this policy. If an order is cancelled in accordance with these Terms, refunds will be made to your original payment method as soon as practical, no later than 14 days after confirmation of the cancellation.

Returns, Refunds, and Quality Complaints

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not typically accept returns of fresh arrangements. If you are unhappy with the quality of our flowers or experience any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence if possible. We will review each complaint on a case-by-case basis and may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, refund, or partial refund. Our aim is to resolve matters to your satisfaction in line with our high standards of Rush Green flower delivery.

Promotions and Discounts

Liability
